Set on the Isle of Purbeck in Dorset, Vex Not Her Ghost is a story of friendships, old and new., and of conspiracy and lies. In the beginning Caitlin sets out to rid herself of a controlling boyfriend, however as the story unfolds, a web of deceit and greed are revealed. Enter Charlie Bond, Private Investigator, who, with the help of Caitlin and her friends, will eventually discover the truth Along the journey, Caitlin recovers memories of her past. She learns to face up to the trauma she has carried into her adult life. When she eventually discovers how her mother died she may want to seek revenge, but this is essentially a story of hope, forgiveness and recovery. Is this a ghost story? The reader will only find out at the very end.
