Eight-year-old Eli loves to observe the stars and constellations. One evening when he accompanies his older brother, Jake, to a skateboard competition in Central Park, Eli wanders off to contemplate the night sky. His longing and desire to know what lies beyond the stars rises as he makes a wish upon the first star he sees. Suddenly, he is transported into space, where he meets a Star boy constellation, Cygnus, and the Princess of Glitterland. With their help, Eli embarks on an exciting adventure through the galaxy in search of the Star Maker, hoping to find the answers to all his questions. When they are suddenly captured by the nasty half-wizard, half-lizard, Glizzards, he wonders how he will ever return home to Earth. How will he ever find the secret of the stars?
