Thanks for visiting out HOA Blog. My colleague Danielle Hampson and I are working aggressively to tell “the other story” about homeowner’s associations, and their tendency to trample upon private property rights.

I’ll have much more to say about this shortly. I’ve got some prime examples to share with you, from several different states around the country, of how HOA’s – - well intended as they may be – - make life miserable for the people they were intended to serve.
